Can't find the right model in our catalogue? We will make a cap from scratch, exactly to your design — from the cut and fabric, through the stitching colour, to the button and decoration. The only limit is your imagination.

What you can design

In our custom production programme (Indent), you decide on every element of the cap:

  • DecorationFlat or 3D embroidery, print (including full-colour photo print), patch, appliqué, PVC, sonic weld, reflective elements.
  • PeakTop and underside colour, number of stitch lines, custom shape, embroidery or print on top and underneath, reflective inserts, embossing.
  • MaterialColour and fabric: cotton, sport twill, heavy brushed cotton, premium brushed cotton, washed cotton, denim.
  • Stitching and finishStitching in a matching or contrasting colour, or transparent; sweatband and a label with your brand.
  • ButtonFabric-covered, printed, metal or embossed.
  • ClosureMetal or plastic buckle, hook-and-loop or a closed back (full cap) — matched to the style of your design.

Caps — made to order

Production from 144 pcs. We prepare the design together: an adviser guides you through the choice of cut, fabrics and decoration, and before production you receive a specification and a visualisation for approval. The lead time depends on the chosen shipping method — air freight is faster, sea freight is better value for large runs; we give exact dates with the quote.

Knitted winter hats — made in our own knitting mill in Poland

We make knitted winter hats (beanies, bobble hats and jacquard beanies — including an all-over pattern) in our own knitting mill in Poland. It is a shorter route than importing: faster lead times, easier sampling and full on-site quality control. Ask about possible quantities and lead times for your project.
