An elastomer is a patch cast from a resilient, flexible rubber compound in the exact shape of your logo. It is slightly raised, with a smooth, technical-looking surface, and it doesn't absorb water or fade — which is why sports, outdoor, tech and streetwear brands choose it. It looks best on simple, geometric, flat-colour logos in 2–3 colours. We produce rubber print caps from 25 pieces, always with a sample before production.

How your rubber patch is made, step by step.
Send your logo (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG) via the form or by email. An adviser checks whether the shape and details are suitable for casting and sends back a quote with a visual.
We prepare the patch design (shape, colours, raised profile) and the mould — once, with your first order. The mould is kept for repeat runs.
We send you photos of the rubber patch on a sample cap for approval. On request, we can courier a physical sample so you can judge the colour and texture of the rubber in person.
Once approved, we sew or heat-seal the rubber patches onto the whole run. Standard lead time is 5–10 working days. Dispatched by courier on completion.

What exactly is an elastomer logo, and how does it differ from 3D embroidery?
An elastomer is a rubber patch cast in the shape of your logo — flexible, slightly raised and waterproof, with a smooth, technical-looking surface: the look many buyers know as rubber or silicone logo caps. 3D embroidery is thread over foam: soft, textile and more classic. Choose an elastomer when you want your logo to look like part of your sports or outdoor gear rather than embroidery.
Is my logo suitable for a rubber patch?
Simple, geometric, flat-colour logos work best — symbols, initials, shields, bold lettering — in 2–3 colours. Fine details and thin lines under approx. 1 mm, as well as gradients, won't come out in rubber; for artwork like that we recommend DTF print or embroidery. Send us your file and within 1–2 working days we'll tell you whether, and how, it can be turned into a rubber patch.
Which caps and hats can have a rubber logo?
Practically all of them: caps, trucker caps, winter hats (beanies, bobble hats), snoods and headbands. We sew or heat-seal the rubber patch in the position of your choice — on the front, side, peak or the cuff of a winter hat.
How durable are rubber logos? What about washing and rain?
It is one of the most durable decoration methods: rubber doesn't absorb water, fade in the sun, fray or crack when bent. The cap can be washed as normal (we recommend 30°C, no bleach); the rubber logo needs no special care.
How much do rubber logo caps cost, and what is the minimum order?
Rubber prints are quoted individually — the price depends on the size and number of colours in your logo and on the quantity; your first order also includes a one-off mould set-up, and the mould is kept for repeat orders. The minimum order is 25 pieces. Send us your logo and a rough number of caps, and within 1–2 working days we'll send back a quote with a visual.
Can a rubber logo be combined with embroidery or print?
Yes — a popular combination is a rubber logo on the front and an embroidered slogan or web address on the side or back of the cap. You approve every element on a single sample.
