What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum. You can order even 1 cap. The larger the order, the lower the unit price — from 100 pcs the price drops by 15–30%.
How long does production take?
Usually 5–10 working days — for both embroidery and print. Timing may vary with the decoration method and quantity. Need it faster? Email or call us — we'll do our best to help, with no express surcharge.
What file format should my logo be in?
Ideally vector: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF. We also accept PNG/JPG at min. 300 DPI. Our graphic service is free — we'll tidy up the file if needed.
Do you send a sample before production?
We always make a sample for every production run. Usually you approve the design from photos — quick and easy. On request we also send a physical sample so you can check quality and colours in person before we start the full run.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Embroidery, 3D embroidery, DTF print, patches (woven, rubber, leather) and laser-engraved faux leather. Our advisor will pick the best method for your logo and cap model — just upload your file.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes — we issue VAT invoices to businesses (VAT ID).
