In particular, the following are protected by copyright: the embroidery online designer and the jacquard beanie online designer (code, 3D models and visualisations, knit textures, yarn and thread palettes, pattern templates, pricing mechanisms), product photos and videos, descriptions, graphics and the website layout.
Without our written consent, they may not be copied, modified, decompiled, downloaded by automated means or used to build other websites or to train artificial intelligence models. You may use the online designers solely to prepare your own design and order it from us.
Your design (logo, pattern, colours) remains your property — we use it only to prepare the quote and the visualisation and to fulfil your order. For details, see the Terms and Conditions (§ 5a).
