We are a B2B shop selling caps and promotional clothing with custom decoration (embroidery, print, patches). The English version of our shop serves business customers in the European Union only. We accept orders from just 1 piece. Below you will find the delivery and payment rules for orders placed in the English shop.
Delivery methods
We ship all orders from Poland by courier. We deliver within Poland and to all other European Union member states:
- Courier delivery within Poland — the delivery cost is shown during checkout, before you confirm the order.
- Courier delivery to other EU member states — the shipping cost is not calculated during checkout. After you place the order, we confirm the shipping cost by email, together with a pro forma invoice.
For orders delivered outside Poland, please pay only after you have received our email with the confirmed shipping cost and the pro forma invoice.
Delivery costs
Poland: the delivery cost (transport, delivery and packaging) is shown during checkout when you choose the delivery method — you will see the full amount before you confirm the order.
Free delivery from PLN 1,000 net — for orders delivered within Poland with a value of PLN 1,000 net or more, we do not charge for transport.
Other EU member states: the shipping cost is not calculated during checkout — we confirm it by email after the order is placed, together with the pro forma invoice.
We recommend combining several products in one basket to avoid paying for transport more than once — shipping costs are charged separately for each order.
Lead time
Once you have placed your order, we confirm receipt by email. The lead time depends on the type and extent of decoration (embroidery, print, patches) and on product availability — we give an indicative lead time in the quote and in the product description. The lead time is counted from the day your payment is credited to our bank account.
If the order includes products with different lead times, the longest one applies (on request, we can ship the order in parts). We pack all goods carefully and protect them for transport — please inspect the parcel on delivery.
Payment methods
Orders placed in the English shop are paid by bank transfer. After you place your order, we email you a pro forma invoice with the final amount (including shipping) and our bank account details — prices in EUR are paid to our EUR account. Please pay only after you have received the pro forma invoice.
We issue a VAT invoice for every order.
Prices, currency and VAT
Prices in the English shop are shown in EUR, converted from PLN at a fixed exchange rate. The binding amount is the one stated in the order confirmation or on the pro forma invoice.
Companies established in another EU member state that hold a valid EU VAT number (verified in the VIES system) are invoiced without Polish VAT (intra-Community supply / reverse charge). In all other cases, Polish VAT at 23% applies.

You can check the status of your order at any time:
- by logging in to your account (if you have created one),
- without logging in — by entering your order number and email address.
